We don't require memberships — you can pay per visit, buy a package, or join as a member at whatever cadence suits your lifestyle.

Most of our services are not covered by standard health insurance. However, many are eligible for FSA and HSA spending, including DEXA scans and certain therapeutic services. We recommend checking with your plan provider. We're happy to provide itemised receipts for reimbursement submissions.

We'll start with a brief intake conversation to understand your health goals. From there you'll meet your assigned technician, tour the studio, and begin your booked service. First visits typically run 60–90 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals 2 hours before body composition scans.
